    Most users experience no side effects. Rarely, some may notice temporary redness, mild headaches, or eye strain if used improperly. Always avoid direct, unprotected exposure of eyes to high-intensity light.

    Skin improvements may take 4–6 weeks of consistent use.
    Pain relief and muscle recovery can be noticed within days to weeks.
    Results vary depending on condition and frequency of use.

    Can I use red and infrared light therapy together?

    Yes. Many devices combine both wavelengths. Red light helps skin and surface-level tissues, while infrared penetrates deeper into muscles and joints. Together, they provide a complete therapy experience.

    What is your return policy?

    What is your shipping policy?

    We ship orders out via USPS UPS & FedEx. Orders generally ship out within 48 hours of the order being placed during normal business days.

    Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can be modified only within the first few hours. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, it can no longer be modified. If you need to cancel an order please contact us ASAP so we can cancel your order and any shipment associated with it before your order leaves our warehouse.
