    Skin/beauty treatments: 3–5 times per week for 10–20 minutes.
    Pain/muscle recovery: 3–7 times per week depending on severity.
    Maintenance: 2–3 times per week once improvements are seen.

    Is red or infrared light therapy safe?

    Yes. Both red and infrared light therapy are non-invasive and drug-free. When used as directed, they are safe with minimal risk of side effects. Protective eyewear may be recommended for high-powered devices.

    What is your return policy?

    What is your shipping policy?

    We ship orders out via USPS UPS & FedEx. Orders generally ship out within 48 hours of the order being placed during normal business days.

    Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    Orders can be modified only within the first few hours. Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping, it can no longer be modified. If you need to cancel an order please contact us ASAP so we can cancel your order and any shipment associated with it before your order leaves our warehouse.
